In person visits typically last approximately 90 minutes - 2 hours
Take a full history and assess a full feeding
Address questions about sore nipples, supply, positions, etc.
Provide a feeding plan to move forward
Follow up support by phone and email as needed
Supply references for further support as needed

In person follow up on progress from previous visit
Weighted feed
Follow up plan sent with resources and referrals (if needed)
Unlimited follow up support via phone or text

Havening Session
Havening is a therapeutic modality that uses touch to heal trauma in the brain. It pairs wonderfully with birth, and can help free your mind of any fears or trauma that could otherwise inhibit labor.
